These terms and conditions apply to the Esia Gold app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was created by PT Mumasa Grup Digital (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or change the Application at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider may also charge for any new services provided, but any charges will be clearly communicated to you in advance. Updates and changes to the Application may also be required from time to time to maintain compatibility with new operating systems or features, and you agree to accept updates as they become available.
The Application stores and processes personal data provided by you in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as such actions could compromise your device's security and result in the Application not functioning correctly.
The Service Provider employs physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information, but no system can guarantee complete security. Your use of the Application is at your own risk.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which may be provided through Wi-Fi or your mobile network. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function properly due to a lack of internet access. If you are using mobile data, your mobile network provider's terms may apply, and you may incur additional charges, including data usage or roaming fees, which you are responsible for.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged while using the Application. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for any loss of service due to battery depletion or any other hardware failure that prevents the Application from functioning properly.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and functional, they rely on third parties for some of the data and services provided. Therefore, the Service Provider is not liable for any loss or damage that may result from reliance on the Application's functionality or any third-party services.
The Service Provider may, at any time, suspend or terminate your use of the Application. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Application and delete it from your device. If the Application is discontinued, you will no longer have access to the Application's services, and the Service Provider is under no obligation to continue providing updates or support.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Any significant changes will be communicated through the Application or posted on this page. Continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
